No Refund Policy

Our platform offers two types of items: those listed on behalf of private individual sellers, and those owned directly by our store.

 

Private Seller Items (Consignment / C2C)

Items listed for private sellers are sold on a consumer-to-consumer (C2C) basis. Ownership of these items remains with the individual seller until the transaction is completed.

In line with industry practice for luxury resale, all sales of consignment items are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on items sold on behalf of private sellers. This policy complies with applicable laws and regulations.

 

Store-Owned Items

Pre-owned items that we own and sell directly are also considered final sale. Given the nature of pre-owned luxury goods, returns, refunds, or exchanges are not accepted unless expressly required by law.

 

Condition & Description

Each item is priced based on its condition and thoroughly inspected before dispatch. Customers are strongly encouraged to carefully review all product descriptions and photos prior to making a purchase.

 

Authenticity Guarantee

We stand behind the authenticity of every item sold on our platform. If an item is ever confirmed to be counterfeit, a full refund will be issued.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
